Lawn Care Services will be completed on a weekly basis with extra Services performed A-La-Carte and billed individually upon completion. Invoices will be sent weekly with debit/credit cards charged on the last servicing date for that week. Weekly lawn service will be performed from April through October and include a minimum of 4 visits per month (some months 5 visits). November through March you will receive 1 visit per month to keep property maintained.

MTZ Landscaping agrees to the following:

• Cut, trim and blow all designed mowing areas

• To perform Service a day before or a day after your scheduled service date

• To operate in a professional predicatable manner, with a clean presentable image while onsite

• To use subcontractors as it sees fit to complete work and tasks without prior approval

• To hire only those workers authorized to work in the United States.

• To maintain insurance and coverage deemed necessary by law including liability, worker comp and auto

Additional Fees or Service Charges:

Please note additional fees may be added in addition to agreed upon rates in the Terms of Service.

• Pet Waste Fee: $10.00 per visit

• Excessive Toys/Trash Clean-up Fee: $10.00 per visit

• Double Cut/Tall Grass Fee: Service Fee of 1 visit.

• Late Payment Fee: $31.00

• Returned Check Fee: $35.00

Payment Terms:

• All Services performed must be paid in full within 7 business days.

• Any Landscaping work over $500.00 will require a 50% deposit.

• Payments may be made via Check or Online Invoice bill pay thorugh YardBook.

Legal Notices & Disclaimers:

• The Client is advised and permits their property to be photographed and/or video-graphed for the purpose of site documentation and for social media/marketing purposes.

• Both parties agree that this contract is enforceable according to the laws of the State of Michigan.

• This agreement will not be binding upon the Contractor until the Client clicks "Accept" on estimate provided to Client. No Oral agreements will be accepted.

• This Contract is vaild for one (1) year and Service can be renewed at the end of annual or seasonal completetion.

• Client will grant access to the property during regular business hours Monday though Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.
